When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. When you apply for management, your application goes through our application form and is handled the same way. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.

To read your message, respond to you, and evaluate applications. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Messages are stored in our private CRM. Access is limited to the Main Character team. We keep messages as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records, then delete them.

Want your information corrected or deleted? Send us a note through the contact form and we'll take care of it.

The site links out to third-party services (for example our application form and BopGPT). Their privacy practices are their own — check their policies.
